‘Freggie Motion’ is a mixed-reality artwork where visitors wear VR headsets and freely roam around the outdoor terrace space. They encounter tomato-human figures in various poses overlapped with the real world. Additionally, 'Freggie Motion' responds to sounds through the VR headset's microphone, allowing the audience to experience changing visual graphics based on external sounds, such as the wind chime's sound generated by their own hand movements.

Tomatoes are represented as entities situated on the boundary between fruits and vegetables in 'Freggie Motion.' These tomato entities are combined with the human body and repeat object actions, subtly emphasizing our familiarity with the presence of objects.

The boundaries of existence are formed alongside consciousness and grow thicker over time. While these boundaries create beautiful small and large worlds on their own, overly thick boundaries can lead to isolation and eventual dissolution. Through 'Freggie Motion,' the artist suggests expanding the gaps in consciousness and flexibly navigating the boundaries of various existences.

Visitors can approach the tomato-human figures and tomato objects that overlap with the urban landscape, hearing individualized sounds as they get closer. By paying attention to these sounds, they perceive the city we live in from new perspectives, discovering the gaps within. While visually experiencing the organic emergence and disappearance of boundaries and gaps, the audience may even feel that the interconnectedness of humans and objects in the city resembles a natural ecosystem.

‘과채동작’은 혼합 현실 작품으로, 관람객은 VR 기기를 눈에 댄 채 전시장의 야외 테라스 공간을 자유롭게 걸어 다니며 다양한 자세를 취하고 있는 토마토 인간과 조우한다. ‘과채동작’은 VR 기기의 마이크를 통해 들어오는 사운드를 기반으로 반응하며 관람객은 자신의 손에 의해 울리는 윈드차임의 소리나 목소리 등 외부소리에 따라 변화하는 혼합 현실의 이미지를 체험한다.

토마토는 과일과 채소의 경계에 위치한 개체로 ‘과채동작’에서 사물을 대변하는 존재로서 등장한다. 이 과채류는 인간의 신체와 결합되어 사물이 배제된 사물 행동을 반복하는데, 이는 역설적으로 우리에게 익숙해져 버린 사물의 존재를 은연중에 강조한다.

관람객은 도시 풍경과 중첩되어 보여지는 토마토 인간과 토마토 오브젝트에 가까이 다가가면서 개별적으로 발생하는 사운드를 들을 수 있다. 귀를 기울이다 보면 기존에 보지 못했던 새로운 각도로 우리가 살아가는 도시를 바라보게 되고, 그 사이에 존재하는 틈을 발견한다. 유기적으로 발생되고 사라지는 경계와 틈을 시각적으로 체험하면서 관객은 인간과 사물이 촘촘히 연결되어 있는 도시가 하나의 자연적 생태계로서 느껴지기도 한다.
